Juneteenth

  • June 19th 2025
  • Three night minimum
  • Rates are at “weekend” rates

Independence Day

  • July 4th 2025
  • Three night minimum
  • Rates are at “weekend” rates

Thanksgiving

  • November 27th 2025
  • Four night minimum required
  • Rates are at “weekend” rates

New Year’s Eve

  • December 31st 2025
  • Three night minimum
  • Rates are at “weekend” rates
  • $400 Holiday Adjustment applies
  • Holiday Security Deposit is $1500 for 2 or more couples
  • Late check-out is available on New Year’s Day

Super Bowl Weekend

  • February 2nd 2025
  • $600 Special Event Adjustment applies
  • We will waive Super Bowl adjustment when staying 3 or more nights

Labor Day

  • Sept 1st 2025
  • Three night minimum

Christmas

  • December 25th 2025
  • At least a three night minimum required for Friday Dec 25th
  • Rates are at “weekend” rates
  • “Weekend” rates 12/20/2015 through 1/2/2016
  • No check-ins or check-outs permitted on Christmas Day
